1. About SmileyQuest

SmileyQuest is a daily educational service that delivers bite-sized Math, English and Wonder questions to children aged 6–12 via Telegram. It is designed for Singapore primary school students in Primary 1 to Primary 3, with additional levels coming soon.

2. Eligibility

SmileyQuest is intended for use by children aged 6–12 under the supervision or with the consent of a parent or guardian. By subscribing, you confirm that:

• You are the parent or guardian of the child using this service, or
• You are subscribing on behalf of a child with full parental or guardian consent

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of SmileyQuest.

3. The Service

SmileyQuest delivers 6 daily questions across Math, English and Wonder Sparks via a Telegram channel. Questions are aligned to Singapore's MOE Primary School Syllabus for P1–P3.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update or improve question content at any time
• Change delivery schedules with reasonable notice
• Expand, reduce or modify the service offering
• Suspend or discontinue the service with reasonable notice to subscribers

4. Acceptable Use

By using SmileyQuest, you agree not to:

• Share, reproduce or distribute our questions or content without written permission
• Use SmileyQuest content for commercial purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or copy our question bank
• Use the service in any way that could harm SmileyQuest, its users or third parties

All content delivered by SmileyQuest — including questions, answers and reports — is the intellectual property of SmileyQuest and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Free Service

SmileyQuest is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers or premium features in the future. If we do, we will provide clear advance notice to all existing subscribers via Telegram before any charges apply.

We will never charge you without your explicit consent.

6. Educational Disclaimer

SmileyQuest is designed to supplement — not replace — formal school education. While our questions are aligned to the MOE Primary School Syllabus, we make no guarantee of specific academic outcomes or results.

SmileyQuest is not an accredited educational institution and does not provide tutoring, academic counselling or formal assessments.

7. Weekly Insights Reports

Weekly Insights Reports are generated based on your child's responses to daily questions. These reports are intended as a general guide to help parents understand their child's progress and are not a formal academic assessment.

Report accuracy depends on consistent daily engagement. We recommend treating insights as a helpful indicator, not a definitive measure of your child's academic ability.

8. Unsubscribing

You may unsubscribe from SmileyQuest at any time by leaving the Telegram channel. All question deliveries will stop immediately upon leaving. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

9. Limitation of Liability

SmileyQuest is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and are not responsible for any disruptions caused by Telegram or third-party platforms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the use of SmileyQuest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers via Telegram. Continued use of SmileyQuest after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
